A lovely Vintage 1950s / 1960s lustrous Vendome 24" long faux glass cream or ivory pearl necklace. The glass pearls measure approximately 8mm and each pearl is securely hand-knotted.
The closure is a tongue-and-groove clasp set with rhinestones surrounding a faux pearl. The clasp is signed "Vendome" on the underside.
The clasp has wear, scratches and there's slight darkening of the rhinestones. The glass pearls could use a light cleaning, but are otherwise in very good vintage condition. The pearl on the clasp looks to be a replacement and not originally part of the necklace. See photos for details.
