A lovely handmade vintage late 50s to early 60s black crochet purse with transparent gold confetti Lucite handles and a matching oval confetti glitter base. The black crochet is accented with two striking horizontal rows of gold metallic crochet. The purse is unlined. Approximate measurements are 7" H x 8" L x 3 1/2" W.
One Lucite handle is curved and snaps over the straight handle to keep the purse securely shut. There are no seams or mold lines on the Lucite handles. The plastic oval confetti glitter base has mold lines and measures approximately 7 1/2" L x 4" W.
There are some scratches on the transparent base. The handle hinges are discolored from age, but work fine with no issues. Overall, the purse is in excellent vintage condition.
