A lovely vintage 1960s genuine jade and pearl apple brooch. The brooch features a green jade apple topped with three small pearls and a gold-tone stem with two jade leaves.
The backside is a gold-tone textured brushed metal with a pin and rolling c-clasp closure. The brooch is unsigned, but it's very reminiscent of Swoboda. The brooch measures 1 3/4" H x 1 1/4" W.
The brooch is in very good condition except for a tiny chip or indentation right beneath one of the pearls. It's not obvious except under close inspection. See photo for details.
